Hope Your Halloween is Booooooolicious!
Greetings!
Can you even believe that the football season is well underway, the election is only one week away and there are only two shopping months left until Christmas? Yep, before long, 2008 will be over and we'll be celebrating the New Year. Hope your year has been a good one, and you'll have time to enjoy the upcoming holidays with family and friends. First though, hope you'll vote next Tuesday, every vote counts.
Take Care, Linda |

| It Sanitizes Toothbrushes |
 |
|
Before you dismiss the idea behind this product, think about all the dust, hair--both human and pet--plus who-knows-what else floating around in the air in your bathroom.
Then think about where you store your toothbrush...probably out in the open.
The Zapi Toothbrush Sanitizer, made by VIOlight kills 99.9 percent of germs thanks to its germicidal UV light. To use it, you simply invert and insert your toothbrush once you finish brushing and the battery-operated light turns on. Six minutes later, it automatically shuts off and your brush is ready for its next use.

| Stock Tip |

|
Please review any holdings you might have in the following stocks: American Can, Interstate Water, National Gas Company, Northern Tissue Company. Due to uncertain market conditions, I advise you to sit tight on your American Can, hold your Water, and let go of your Gas. You may be interested to know that Northern Tissue touched a new bottom today, and millions were wiped clean. It's a tough market out there. Be careful. | |

Where Does Your Coffee Come From? |
|
|
The coffee you drank this morning has a story. It may have weathered monsoons, been transported under sniper fire, or just narrowly avoided being confiscated and sold on the black market. Coffee is one of those crops that is inextricably linked to the people and land it comes from. With names like Tanzania Peaberry, Kenya AA, and Costa Rica Terrazu, it doesn't take much guessing to figure out the geographical origins of your morning cup, but do you really know what that coffee went through to get to you? Dublin Roasters buys only Fair Trade classified coffees. This means that many economic controls are in place to ensure that the people who pick the coffee cherries, dry them, screen them, and bag them are all paid a fair wage for their efforts. Fair Trade programs have helped countless indigenous peoples make a decent living and lead productive lives despite very difficult economic times. But what happens when these countries, most of them poor third world nations, fall victim to natural and man-made disasters such as hurricanes, droughts, and civil wars? As responsible roasters, Dublin Roasters keeps an eye on these places and understands that unrest in Kenya not only means their bean prices will increase but that their colleagues and friends who grow the coffee there may be in jeopardy.
