SolidWorks 2010 RELEASED!

SolidWorks 2010 has been released and is available for download.  Media Kits will be shipped to eligible customers in mid-November.  Eligible customers include those with subscription service contracts current through 10/30/2009.

SolidNetWork Licensing (SNL) WITH PRODUCT ACTIVATION
SNL Activation is a natural extension of Standalone License Activation.  It is a secure and hassle free process that authenticates network licensed users during the installation process which does not need a physical dongle plugged to the licensing server or a license file to authenticate the license.  This is the standard network licensing mechanism starting with SolidWorks 2010 releases.  The SolidWorks 2010 network license manager will support previous releases.
A video covering SolidWorks 2010 SNL Activation can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jyTbxKrv5Fo
FFI, Please see the FAQ http://solidworks.com/sw/support/1092_ENU_HTML.htm or contact tech support.
NOTE:  SNLs with more than one installation line will fail to activate.  This includes networks with Workgroup PDM Contributor licenses and/or SolidWorks Premium with Simulation Upgrades.  In this situation, you will receive a "Serial Number not valid" error message.  If you experience this, please contact Symmetry technical support for a workaround.
Dongles must be returned to Symmetry Solutions.  Please return your dongle to Symmetry Solutions, 6860 Shingle Creek Pkwy #120, Brooklyn Center, MN  55430 ATTN:  Dongle Returns.
