I am very excited to invite you to our second YOGA & RHYTHM RETREAT in Oakland this Sunday, Oct. 14.
Leave behind the stress and pressures of daily life and jump into the deep river of rhythm! This innovative and dynamic THREE HOUR program combines the very best of yoga, rhythm, drumming and mind/body wellness. We'll begin with a compelling Deep Flow Yoga class with Michelle Cordero. I 'll be accompanying the class with LIVE PERCUSSION. Next we'll travel the world learning powerful rhythms from Africa and Brazil. Finally, we'll end our session with the heart-pumping Total Rhythm Fitness Class.

All drums provided. No prior yoga or drumming experience needed.
