Voting for the CC&R's Amendment Has Been Extended

The Board of Directors has extended the time for voting and rescheduled the CC&Rs Special Meeting, as follows:

            9:45 AM          Registration of Hand Delivered Ballots

            10:00 AM        Call to Order

            Location:        12975 Rolling Ridge Dr.

                                  Spring Valley Lake CA 92395

If you still have your original ballot set, please vote and mail your ballot to The Inspectors of Election, PO Box 12782 La Jolla CA 92039 in the pre-addressed and postage-paid #2 Ballot Return Envelope. You must sign the envelope where indicated for your ballot to be counted.

If you have lost or mismarked your ballot, you may obtain a replacement ballot set at the Association Office, after completing and signing an affidavit, under penalty of perjury, as to why a replacement is needed. You must complete the owner information in the upper left hand corner of the envelope and sign the #2 Ballot Return Envelope for your ballot to be counted. The staff has a direction sheet to assist you in completing the #2 Ballot Return Envelope.

Please note, The Inspectors of Election tracks and logs all submitted ballots and the date they are received. All ballots when received by The Inspectors of Election are irrevocable.

Your ballot must be received, by mail, not later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, December 1, 2011; or you may hand deliver them during the CC&Rs Special Meeting time noted above.
