The NEW Photo ID Member Card equipment is now in place. Members in good standing may come in to the Association Office to take your photos. Temporary special after hours will be set for creating ID Cards ONLY on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - noon. Hours are subject to change. For property owner verification, please have your Driver's License or State I.D. with you, when you come in.

 

The Association office will be open for ID Cards this Saturday, 9/24/2011, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Special Collection for Spring Valley Lake
Bulky Item Pickup

To assist customers with the disposal of large unwanted items and to help maintain the beauty of our High Desert landscape from illegal dumping, Advance Disposal Co. & Recycling Center is offering a Special Collection Large Item Pickup for all County customers. Large items include: furniture, appliances, mattresses, e-waste and non-hazardous items.

Large Item Pickup Guidelines:
· Customers are allowed five (5) large items to be picked up from their residence.
· No one item may be over 110 pounds.
· Items must be curbside or where your normal trash receptacles are located no later than 6 a.m. on October 17, 2011 - NO EXCEPTIONS
· E-waste items such as TV's, computers and monitors may also be picked up if they are properly packaged in boxes or appropriately wrapped to eliminate possible breakage during transport.
· Hazardous materials (paint, oil, antifreeze, batteries) are not acceptable items.
