This year's election brings in 3 candidates to run for the 3 open Board of Director seats. We have 1 incumbent, Derek Couse and 2 new candidates: Ilene Bandringa and James Bell. 

Any property owner in good standing that did not receive a ballot packet, may pick one up at the Association office. Please DO NOT return your ballots to the Association Office. You may bring them to the annual member meeting and Election of the Board of Directors on April 30, 2011 at the Community Building. (ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA)

Please make sure to vote. Read instructions carefully and sign your ballot. Any incorrectly filled out and/or unsigned ballot will not be counted. Even though this year's election is uncontested, your vote is critical as we need to reach a quorum. If you have misplaced your ballot, you may come into the Association office and request a replacement.
