Association Business
DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
In the event of an emergency, disaster, and/or evacuation, the Association needs to have current contact information on property owners. This will also allow us to keep information current for the county in case of an emergency or disaster.
We are asking Property Owners to please give the Association Office a call to let us know your current contact info; come in and fill out our Emergency Contact Form or email the information so we can verify/update our records. Your information will only be used for emergency, disaster or evacuation purposes.

BOD 2011 ELECTION
Please remember that all ballots by mail must be returned to The Inspectors of Election by April 28, 2011 or you may vote on April 30 at the Community Building at 10 a.m. If you have not received your election material, you may sign for and pick one up at the Association office once we have verified you are a Property Owner in good standing.
The Association Office cannot receive any filled out ballots. It must be either mailed to TIE or brought to the meeting on April 30.

MEMBERSHIP CARD UPDATE
Keep your current pink cards with the expiration date of 10/31/2010. DO NOT throw them away. They are still valid. The Association will be transitioning to photo ID plastic cards. With the new system, we can eliminate the forgery problems with the old paper cards and the need to carry photo ID, Vessel Operator's Permit and Member cards.
The new cards will have bar codes and a magnetic strip that safely contain the member's information. Our Public Safety Officers will carry a handheld device that will be able to scan the cards to verify identity, member status and additional information such as: VOP status, Marina Slip Rental, EQ stall Rentals, etc. It will NOT reveal any financial information.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
**SATURDAY OFFICE HOURS**

Upcoming Open Saturday: May 7, 2011 ---------------------------------------------------------------
