An Apple Valley Equine Hospital Veterinarian will be at the Equestrian Facility on Indian River to administer shots and perform routine examinations and treatments.
The recommended Spring shots include:
6-way (Eastern/Western Encephalitis, Tetanus, Rhino, Influenza, Distemper) West Nile and Strangles once a year in the Spring.

6-Way: $40

Worming (Shot): $28
Sheath Cleaning includes sedation: $90
Float (basic) includes sedation: $150-200

As a reminder: SVLA Horseowners are to provide the Association office with the number of horses owned.
As per our Rules and Regulations 10.16:
Equestrian Estates residents maintaining horse(s) on their properties or boarded at the Equestrian Center must file documentation with the Association by April 30th of each year to show their horse(s) have been immunized against disease per SVLA and current veterinian recommendations for this area. Owners agree to keep all immunizations current and to have the horse(s) paste-wormed every three months, and its/their teeth checked annually. Immunizations are as follows:

Distember - Strangles
Potomac Horse Fever
