The County of San Bernardino offers

EARLY VOTING for any registered voters who are not voting by mail

If you wish to vote early or if you are going to be out of town on election day, you may vote in person at the Registrar of Elections located at 777 E. Rialto (Between Waterman and Tippecanoe) in San Bernardino.  The office is open until 5pm during the week and 9am - 3pm on Saturday.
