CSA64 SMOKE TEST IN SVL IS SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
CSA 64 will be conducting smoke testing of the sewer system in Spring Valley Lake in October.  Residents should be aware there is a possibility that smoke will be visible coming out of plumbing vents on the roofs of some houses.  This is normal for this type of testing.  Operations would also like to warn residents to make sure all sink, bathtub and shower drain traps are full of water.  If you have infrequently used plumbing fixtures and you do not run water in them before the testing, there is a chance you could get smoke coming out of your drains and into the house.  If you have questions or concerns regarding the testing you may contact CSA 64 at 760-962-1530 or you may contact Richard Arglen, Operations Manager at 760-245-9756.
