The smoke and soot currently invading SVL...
 is a result of the Miller Canyon fire. This vegetation fire is Northeast of Lake Silverwood in Miller Canyon north of Highway 138.
The SB County Office of Emergency Services (OES) report is below. There is NO risk to Spring Valley Lake at this time.

SITUATION:
· Vegetation Fire: Northeast of Lake Silverwood in Miller Canyon north of Highway 138
· Currently at 10-20 acres.
· No structures are threatened
· Two Heli-Tankers are making water drops.
· Additional Flash Reports will be sent if conditions warrant
