Greetings!
It is a time for
thanks and in our current financial climate, how can we say thank you to all
our valuable clients and employees? Now
is not the time to cut back on showing appreciation for those who have been
working through the tough times - especially your employees! Amidst layoffs and company reorganizations, it
is crucial to thank your valuable employees for their efforts and loyalty.
At the same time we
must remain positive for the clients, maintain business contacts and increase
client prospects by strengthening marketing opportunities. Ensuring client trust by providing helpful
marketing ideas is a great way to show your appreciation.
While some may
believe that good branding is only a momentary stroke of inspiration, it is in
fact, a multi-step process. From design
and layout to uploading and distribution, a well conceived digital marketing
campaign can be high impact and low cost during these challenging economic
times.
Keep it
simple! If designing a new site or
redesigning an existing site, be aware that the ability to easily navigate the
site and quickly locate relevant information is critical to the user
experience.
Now is the perfect
time to reassess your marketing plan and ensure future success. Get to know your customers and your competitors! Knowing the psychology of your customers and
their watering holes should be paramount to any marketing endeavours. Also, take advantage of social networking
sites and always include your website address on all marketing materials.
While we cannot
stop marketing in these trying times, we must not forget that it is our
employees who make it all possible!
So as we approach
the holiday season, let's make a point to be thankful for our employees,
customers and clients. It's especially a
good time to show appreciation for your employees by keeping up company morale,
remaining positive and showing your gratitude for a job well done...perhaps a
holiday-themed party might just do the trick!
Let the KB
Experience help you remind your employees just how valuable they have been to
you during this year of ups and downs.
There's no better way to wrap up the year than on a high note!
