Teachers Rock...

ISSUE 10 May 6, 2011

I hope all my teacher friends have had a good week.  Thanks again for all you do for our children, our communities and our nation.  And a special tip of my hat to all friends who are mothers...Happy Mother's Day.

I don't usually send out two bulletins in the same week...but I felt the need to get this info out to you sooner than later.  First, you will see there are several new alerts to review.  Second, I have another wonderful offer and opportunity from my partners the Grant Experts that I really think you should look at and act on if applicable to you.  And, third, I am very pleased and excited to inform you that I have launched a new website--www.HealthGrantsAlert.com.  Many of you have been asking me to make this happen.  So with the relaunch of GrantsAlert.com behind me I decided it was time to get it done.

Finally, if you are a grant writer I would like to invite you to send me your resume if you are interested in becoming a part of my partnership with the Grant Experts.  We are in the process of building a powerful and aggressive team to help America's schools and teachers find and secure the funding they need to meet the array of challenges they are facing.  And we are going to need all the help we can muster and mobilize.  Think about it.

If you have any questions or suggestions, just email me at [email protected] or call me at 1.800.761.0907.

Thank you,

Joe Mizereck

Act Soon: COPS - Secure our Schools Grant

Our partners at the Grant Experts of New Mexico (www.grantexperts.info) have graciously offered to write one free COPS - Secure our Schools Grant for up to 2 GrantsAlert.com followers in every state. Information about this $500,000 grant is below. Only law enforcement agencies are eligible to act as the lead fiscal agent for this grant so if your school uses SRO's or regularly partners with your local law enforcement, you need to share this free opportunity with them immediately.

If you have the ability to pull these partnerships together and if you have the "nod" to proceed on this potential grant writing project with your law enforcement partner, please let the Grant Experts know as soon as possible.

Note that there is a significant match on this grant. The Grant Experts asked me to let you know that they will help you identify existing/anticipated expenses that qualify for the match - so please don't be deterred by this requirement.

Again, the Grant Experts are limiting this opportunity to only 2 free writes per state so it is important that you get in touch with them right away if you are able and ready to move forward. The best way to reach the Grant Experts is by email at: [email protected].
