This workshop will consist of lecture, meditation, visualization, mantra, yoga postures and exploratory exercises that seek to balance and heal the Third Chakra

Build a consistent yoga practice with Sybel as she makes Ashtanga accessible for every body. She will lead the class through most of the Primary Series, offering modifications as necessary. The pace will be slower as the focus is on breath (ujjayi pranayama), gaze points (drishti) and internal locks (bandhas). But don't misinterpret "slower" for easier. Be prepared to sweat!

Great for those students who want a very active practice!

Let's heat up the body and disperse that navel energy throughout the body! The navel will adjust and any digestive aliments will begin to ease. The body will learn how to use the navel to root and balance alignment as well as give a burst of confidence to the self.
