Open Your Heart
 Details and Registration
Sunday February 14th Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM COST: $25 Registration due by Feb 7
A Valentine's Class for YOUR soul!
If you see your desire leading toward heaven, unfold your wings and claim it.- Rumi
Deep within each of us is planted a seed of desire. It shows up as a insatiable hunger that sometimes we misinterpret. In our misunderstanding we are led off the path of true purpose and follow paths we think will provide fulfillment and happiness yet most often leave us empty and discontent. Only in knowing and living your true destiny, that deep desire within, can you know the happiness that life has for you.
In this mid-winter workshop we will prepare our hearts and minds to journey deep within ourselves with a slow, gentle Yoga flow and deep breathing exercises. We then continue to delve deep as we explore guided mediation, proprioceptive writing, affirmation and life reflection. These exercises are designed to help you recognize your heart's desire and how to bring forth its manifestation. You leave armed with tools to take with you and use for the rest of your life.
Open your heart and embrace your deepest desire. Allow it to lead you to true fulfillment.

Kundalini Yoga: Stretch Your Wings & Open Your Heart with Iris Bunk
[details and registration]
February 21st, 2-4pm $30 early
registration (before February 14) $40 open registration
"The pelvis is the foundation over which the heart sits,
allowing the heart to support the head. Be navel centered, open hearted,
and empty-headed. Ideally, the heart rules, the navel organizes the
alignment of the body and the head is empty of useless chatter and
focused on the breath and mantra." ~Divine Alignment
This
workshop will explore our wingspan while staying rooted to the earth.
The arms will move and flow to develop the movement and range of breath
within the rib cage. Each posture will give you a different way to feel
where the breath expands the tight areas of your back and ribs. This is
an excellent kriya to learn if breath flow is lacking in your asana
practice.
