"Three Cups of Tea is one of the most remarkable adventure stories of our time. Children over 12 are welcome to attend with a parent/guardian in attendance, hooping is for everyone!

Registration and details

Registration due Thursday February 19th

Attire:
Clothing that allows freedom of movement. Yoga and fitness pants or shorts in a cotton or cotton blend are a good choice for bottoms. Slimmer fitting sleeveless tops are helpful for upper body work. One hundred per cent nylon or rayon fabrics can be too slippery to work with the hoop. Sport or comfortable shoes with non-marking soles are best. Long hair is most comfortable tied up for neck exercises. Not wearing chunky jewelry or dangle earrings is in your best interest.

Extras:
Small Bottled Water, Towel, optional, but plan to sweat.
Bring a Hoop (if you have one); Hoops will be available for beginners. However, we encourage owning your own to express your hoop colors and show-off to your friends and family. Hoops are available for purchase at Easton Yoga for $25- $40

We offer Open Hoop Classes on Tuesday & Thursday Nights 8:15-9:15pm. Join Now!

Please email info@eastonyoga.com if you are interested in a private hoop class individual or up to 6 persons; workshops and series class instruction; weekdays and weekends day & evenings available!

Yoga to Help Make a Difference _____________________________________________________

yogacoupleA note from Megan Ridge, RYT:

"I am embarking on one of the greatest challenges of my life.  I have until November 15th, 2009 to raise $20,000 for the purpose of building schools and sustainable farms in Uganda.

I will be doing this through an organization called Off the Mat, Into the World, a program that aims to inspire and guide individuals to find and define their purpose and become active in their local or global community in an effective, sustainable and joyful way.  In January of 2009, the founders of this organization, Seane Corn and Suzanne Sterling, took 20 people who raised $20,000 in 2008 to Cambodia to do similar service work.  I know it's possible to raise the money as these 20 dedicated individuals have proved, and I have a lot of exciting fund/awareness raising ideas..."[read more]
