We are excited to share that satisfaction ratings improved on all surveyed service pillars: candidate quality, response time, expert knowledge, industry partner and overall relationship. Our overall satisfaction rating increased by 40% since the Fall 2011 survey! We're also thrilled that more of you are providing feedback than ever - our response rate has increased by 64% since the last survey! Based on your feedback, we're revving up communication with candidates through the entire sourcing and placement process.
