CM Access has been in Boston for more than 14 years, and we're fortunate to work with great hiring managers and talented marketing, creative and interactive professionals. As veterans of the staffing business, the CM Access team is particularly sensitive to the ups and downs in the economy. Given how difficult a period this has been for many, we've decided it's time to give back to the community that has been so good to us.

Why do I need a staffing company if the resume is on Monster?
With the number of resumes available on job boards today, isn't this a valid question? Actually this comment reflects a common misconception about the role of specialized staffing firms, and the depth and value of the services we provide.
