It has been a while since we published our last issue of The View. One reason is that Bob has been devoting more time to our Sacred Lead Blog.

Several of my clients are perfectionists. Somewhat self-consciously, they often disclose it when we begin our work together, as if to alert me to a character flaw. I think they know it will become apparent when they labor over the details of an assignment until they get it just right. Often they won't let me see a work in progress, because it is not complete.
If you are squirming a bit because you are one of those people, let me ask, how is that serving you? Since I have a tendency in that direction, let me assure you I ask myself the same question. And here's my trail to the answer. Maybe it can help you with yours.
