Prayer Schedule
Session I & II
Dear Prayer Partners,

On August 12, 2010 we will gather together at the Arizona State Capitol to pray and to humbly seek God.

Together we can make a difference by corporately praying, by stepping out in faith and laying our petitions before God. It is through the power of prayer that miracles happen, and the state of Arizona needs a miracle.

This is not a political event, but rather a time to be transparent and open before our Heavenly Father.

I would love for you to take part in the Arizona Prayer Summit and help make a difference in prayer. Your presence counts, and your prayer means everything to the people of our great state.
 
Scripture: " If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and will heal their land."
(2 Chronicles 7:14)

Prayer Session I

Victorian Children
Prayer Session I will be begin at 11:00 AM and end at 1:30 PM.

Beginning at 11:00 AM we will welcome and greet one another.  At 11:15 AM there will be a call to worship by the Shofar, signaling for us to come together in a united and holy heart before God. There will be a Scripture reading to begin our worship time, with special music by recording artists Scott Wesley Brown and Mayte Cordova. Scripture readings and comments will be given by leading pastors from our local communities.

With our hearts lifted up in worship we will then break into groups of 8 to pray. There will be handouts to follow in order to pray effectively for the different areas of need.

Prayer Session II


Victorian ChildrenPrayer Session II will be held in a similar fashion as the 1st session. 

The idea for a 2nd session was born out of the recognition that we need to allow as many people as possible to come to pray. Session II will permit a 2nd wave of prayer warriors who could not make the earlier session.

It is my prayer that we will need overflow rooms for those yearning to pray for Arizona! Please let all of your friends and family know about the Arizona Prayer Summit. We want to show the nation that in Arizona we love each other and the Lord! Amen!

I so appreciate your desire to come before the Lord to pray for all of Arizona. This is where race, color, denomination, and political affiliation will melt away as we seek our heavenly Father. With the eyes of America upon Arizona, we have the opportunity to display the love and compassion of Jesus Christ!

I'm looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you at the Arizona Prayer Summit. May God bless you and all of Arizona!
