Greetings!
Join us on Saturday, May 22, 2010 when we present author/activist Anthony Marr for two events in Houston during his cross-country tour. We're teaming up with Anthony's organization, Heal Our Planet Earth (HOPE), for a unique "Motorcade for the Animals", followed by a vegan dinner and informative guest lecture.
Anthony Marr is the Founder and President of Heal Our Planet Earth (HOPE) and the Global Anti-Hunting Coalition (GAHC). He holds a science degree from the UBC and has worked as a field geophysicist and an environmental technologist. In 1995, he became a full time wildlife preservationist. Anthony is the author of Homo Sapiens: Save Your Earth!. He is also a speaker each year at the National Animal Rights Conference.
The schedule for Anthony Marr's Houston events on May 22 is as follows:
2:00 PM: Gather at Memorial Park South Picnic Loop (public parking lot) for motorcade, attach temporary signs to vehicles 3:00 PM: Begin peaceful, educational "Motorcade for the Animals" led by Anthony Marr, departing on route headed west 4:00 PM: Arrive at Ray Miller Park (public parking lot) to remove signs, then caravan toward Loving Hut Vegan Restaurant 6:00 PM: Anthony Marr's "Heal Our Planet Earth" presentation, featuring a discussion on global warming, anti-hunting, animal rights, the ecological damage caused by the current oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and more!

*For our members residing outside Houston, Anthony Marr's tour will also be going through other cities in Texas, Louisiana and Florida in the coming weeks, as well as cities in some Northern states.
