Greetings!
The 2nd Annual "Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale Week" is officially here! We're teaming up again with vegan and animal rights organizations across the country (and around the globe) to promote ethical vegan living during this 2nd annual fundraising and outreach event! Our Vegan Society of PEACE Bake Sale will be held on Saturday, May 1 in Houston from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
Join us for tasty cupcakes, cookies, pastries, pies, muffins and more -- all for a worthy cause! We greatly appreciate our friends at Taft Street Coffee House for providing the venue, where you can enjoy Organic and Free Trade coffee, tea and juices with our delicious vegan baked goods. We are especially grateful to the wonderful volunteers, vegan bakers and local businesses who are generously donating yummy vegan treats!
Proceeds from our 2010 "Worldwide Vegan Bake Sale Week" event will benefit the animals of New Dawn MT Farm Animal Sanctuary. Founded by Sue & Lee Eakins, this volunteer-run sanctuary provides permanent, peaceful residence to farm animals who have been rescued from factory farms, feedlots, auctions and slaughterhouses. The sanctuary also sponsors the Western Montana Vegetarian Society and offers student internships. We applaud New Dawn for the great work they do to promote compassion!

The Vegan Society of P.E.A.C.E.
