The Jain JVB Community Center of Houston Welcomes Society of PEACE for a Free Vegan Dinner & Cultural Event

Greetings!
Join us as we partner with the Jain Community Center of Houston for our June Event! This enlightening event on Saturday, June 27, 2009 will feature the following:
- Free vegan meal with delicious Indian cuisine
- Presentations on the Jain tradition, Ahimsa, Animal Rights, Veganism, Peace and Compassion
- An introduction to meditation for a compassionate mind, the Animals and the Earth
- A tour of the new Jain Community Meditation Center
There is no charge for the event, but "love offerings" (donations) to the Jain JVB Meditation Center are welcome. Society of PEACE speakers will include: Dr. Sulekh Jain, Ivan Espinosa & Kristen Lee Ohanyan.
