| "$15 for Fall" Fundraising Campaign
Fall is always a busy (and expensive) season for Society of PEACE with many annual outreach campaigns, tabling at local festivals & events, and ongoing literature distribution.
Through our "$15 for Fall" Fundraising Campaign, you can help us fund and replenish our vegetarian & animal advocacy literature supplies!
We wish to thank our wonderful members for supporting our mission of outreach, education and advocacy!

Greetings!
We hope this newsletter finds our members who live in the Houston & Galveston area safe and well after last month's hurricane!
The hurricane prompted the postponement of many events last month, including our events featuring Farm Sanctuary President & Co-founder Gene Baur. We are working with Farm Sanctuary to reschedule these events in the near future -- hopefully before the end of this year!
As our local communities rebuild & recover, there are still many rescued and abandoned animals in need. You can visit our Hurricane Ike "Animals in Need" resource page for news & information on local shelters, rescue organizations and individual animal rescuers in need.
We hope to see you at our World "Go Vegan" Days Picnic later this month!
For a compassionate world,
