Dear Society of PEACE Members & Supporters:
We wish to thank everyone who attended
our "Celebrate
Freedom by Keepin' it Vegan" Picnic on
July 5th in Houston. Even with the possibility of rain,
we still had high attendance and enjoyed delicious
vegan
food! There are still plenty of
events & activities taking
place this month, including demonstrations,
cooking classes, seminars, meetups and more!
In the coming months, our E-newsletter will take
on a
fresh, new look as we prepare to introduce the
redesign of our website. We enjoy hearing from our
members & supporters and welcome your
feedback
on ways to
improve our E-newsletter and website features. In
addition to a unveiling a new & improved website, we'll
be adding more features to our newsletter, including
a monthly "Member Spotlight", more book reviews and
links to our newsletter archives. If you have a favorite
veg cookbook or other book you'd like to review for our
newsletter, let us
know. We'll also be
announcing a "Name our

very soon!
