Dear Society of PEACE Members:
 
We want to congratulate our very own Amanda Mariano for receiving top honors from VegNews Magazine!  As some of you may know, Amanda is the author of the popular "Walking the Vegan Line" blog.  She is also a founding officer of Society of PEACE, where she currently serves as Treasurer. 
 
Amanda was one of a select few to receive a 2008 "Veg Bloggy" Award in the current July/August issue of the magazine.  These awards are given to the top vegan & animal rights blogs every year by the staff of VegNews.  We couldn't agree more with their decision!

Amanda's popular blog, "Walking the Vegan Line", is simply top notch and this honor is well-deserved!  Her blog is informative, colorful and fun -- offering the perfect mix of vegan food, activism and social consciousness all right here in Texas!  Plus, she has an amazing list of links to other blogs & websites!
