Germany 2009 "Matters of the Heart"

"For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearances, but the Lord looks at the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7b

Jet lag is being conquered! Yay! Now we can reflect and report on the recent mission outreach to Northern Germany. Our words will be RELATIVELY few; for our assignment was more intimate in nature this time as we dealt with "Matters of the Heart". Are there testimonies? Yes! Most are too personal and tender to speak of or to send into cyberspace. There is yet a birthing process going on. That is how it is with "Matters of the Heart."

Did God "show up", you might want to know? Yes, Yes, and Yes! The Holy Spirit moved among the people as we spent workshop-type hours teaching the attendees about how the "heart" is often emotionally wounded. We shared about the lies of the enemy and how he gains access to us through traumatic events, word curses, occult involvement, unforgiveness, judgments, death wishes, and more.

Arrows of deception, shame, fear....etc.

We placed a big red heart on an easel and "broke" it with the arrows of rejection, fear, shame, hopelessness etc. In these meetings the Lord came with truth that people could receive to heal their broken hearts and to set them free from Satan's captivity.

We modled "Hug" from Heaven

The heart healing workshops were in the daytime. In the evenings we taught on what we called "Hugs from Heaven." Together we shared eight wonderful "hugs" Father God has for His children, such as love, faithfulness, protection, and more. On Sunday mornings we taught as the Spirit lead.

On one rainy, cold night we drove with Pastor Anke to Hamburg to meet with the Russian Pastors The Russian Pastors blessed us

Vladimir and Faina to bless them by individually ministering to several people. We had not envisioned this as our purpose for going, but Father God did, and one of the people actually gave her heart to the Lord as a result! What rejoicing in heaven.

The Lord "looked on the heart" of many and He knew what each one needed who came to us, one at a time, or in the larger gatherings over the three weeks. Some of those who received His Healing Love may contact us later. If they give us permission us to share with others how Jesus impacted their lives through this mission outreach we will pass their testimony on to you for the Glory of God, and for His Glory alone.

In summary, we believe we went and did all that the Father had in His heart for us to say and to do and that all the results are in His loving hands to enjoy and to nurture in the hearts of the people. It was a great time of being hid under His wings and moving out by His Spirit.
