Today Randy and I began the new year quietly listening. We believe the Lord has shown us some of His heart. So, we share what we heard.
Randy heard the following:
"The earth is in the process of being shaken and I am the One doing the shaking. In 2008 the intensity of the shaking increased and the bond between My people and the world was weakened. Some of My people returned to Me and abandoned their connection with the world, while others held on tightly to the world. Again the intensity of the shaking will be increased in 2009. And, the bond will be weakened more. More will regain their closeness to Me and yet many still will cling tightly to the world.
Soon any man walking through the earth will clearly be able to identify My people and those of the world. When the heat is applied to a metal its true characteristics are made known. Heat is being applied to man and his heart is being revealed. Those whose hearts stay bonded to the world will feel the shaking most violently. Those whose hearts turn toward Me will enter into My rest even in the midst of a storm. Turn your hearts toward Me, turn your trust to Me. I will never leave you nor forsake you.
My love is ever present to heal, to provide for, and to save! Let My people not forsake My love during the times ahead, for I have made it abundantly available during their times of trouble. Ask of Me and the fullness of My kingdom will be made available to you. Ask and I will provide, knock and I will open up the doors for you to enter, seek and I will be there in your midst."
This is the word I heard today:
"Marie, I want you and all my children to understand that I am NEVER late. I was not late for my birth or for my death or for my Resurrection. And I will not be late for My second coming. But the world will be remarkably the same when I come again. Some will be looking, waiting, watching, expecting - some will be sleeping, carrying on as if I will never come, hoping even, that I will delay My coming that they might enjoy the pleasures of sin for yet a little while longer. But come on time I will do, regardless. And those who are looking will see Me. Those who have placed their hope in that Blessed Assurance will be ready.
I will have a Bride who won't be late for her wedding day, for the bride and I are already one. The sister of the Bride may try on the wedding gown, but only the Bride may walk the aisle dressed and ready to meet her groom. Many are "trying on the gown" however, like Cinderella's sisters who tried to make the glass slipper fit - IT IS NOT A FIT! For I look on the heart. It is the heart that is first clothed and made ready for the wedding. The outward appearances are of little value in the realm of eternity. Yet, if there has truly been a Bridal commitment of the heart, there will be the appearance of that outwardly in how she walks and talks and where the focus of her eyes look and the passions of her life lie.
I am coming for a Bride that I will dress and prepare and provide for. I am looking for a Bride who is willing and obedient and who wants Me as her all-in-all. A passionate bride who knows I am the only One who can love her the way she always needed to be loved. Prepare your hearts for My coming. "

Our Prayer for you and your loved ones; May the goodness, love, and mercy of our Father, the power and excellency of Jesus, the revelation and expression of the Presence of the Holy Spirit envelope your life and cause you to pursue godliness and passion for the soon coming King.
