We were busy over the summer adding PHOTOS to our website and Guidebook. So much fun to put faces together with names!

ARE YOU READY?

Each year the One Warm Coat project expands -- for two reasons: there are more coat drives across the country and many coat drives have become "traditions" in their community.

Martha Stewart and Redbook magazine websites are reminding readers to look on the OWC website for coat drive locations.

Cool People Care let their community of over 6,000 folks know how easy it was to clean out their closet and help those in need.

We know that coat drives collect more coats in their 2nd and 3rd year -- so be prepared!


BUILDING OUR COMMUNITY

Last spring we found a video of a One Warm Coat drive on YouTube! Now we have our "own" channel on YouTube -- we can't wait to see the videos that YOU post.

We've also created a FaceBook Page and a LinkedIn Group. We hope you will join our community and let others know of your support and efforts.

NSLP Challenge SERVICE LEARNING WILL BE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Have you heard about the Learn & Serve Challenge? This week-long series of events are designed to raise awareness and support for service-learning.

You might want to consider organizing your coat drive during the week of October 6 thru 12 and be part of this effort.
