Dr. Ming Wu's 10 Minute Meditation

 Meditation for Health and Longevity

10 Minutes a day, before bed

Step 1:

Assume the Wu Stance (arms relaxed at your sides or holding the ball).

Step 2:

Chant: "Zheng Song Jin Kong" (repeat until you are ready to move on)

Step 3:

Focus on what you want.

Step 4:

Repeat each of the following sentences 3-9 times (move on to the next sentence when you feel ready).

"Tranquility of mind makes me healthy and long lived"

"Smiling keeps me always young"

"I am air"

"I am light"

"I am water flow"

Step 5:

Close - Wu Stance or Qi Gong movements

About Dr. Ming Wu's Meditation:

Focusing on what you want is very simple and empowering. What you want is the way you go. When we focus on what we don't want, we end up spending our lifetime doing and thinking about what we don't want, instead of living what we want. What you want is very simple. Focus on what you want.

Stilling the mind generates a tranquil feeling in the body, making room for good health, which insures a long life.

Smiling on the inside is different from smiling with just your face. Smiling on the inside is smiling on a cellular level. It makes you feel young when all your cells are happy.

As you say the words "I am air", "I am light" and lastly "I am water flow", you will notice that you begin to feel these words. As you finish up you may see a bubbling stream as it flows through you.
