When you look out the window at the sun, and a beam of dust molecules filters in through the light, don't follow the dust, stay with the light.
Keep facing the light until you become the light, until you become the moment.
Most people follow the dust and get ahead of the moment, but you stay with the light, until you become the light, until you become the moment.

The Miracle of Ling Zhi by Dr. Ming Wu |
A True Story My Godmother had stage 4 breast cancer in 2004. She had been told by hospitals to operate on her and give Chemo treatment. They told her that she only had 2 years to live with their treatment.
She left in a hopeless state. She told her doctor, "I don't want anyone to operate on me, I don't need the Chemo to poison me" Her Doctor said: "Without our treatment, you are going to die in 6 months." She said to the Doctor "If I die I will be at peace in heaven. This can happen at any time, who knows."
Upon returning home, I fed her Wild Ling Zhi and Ban Zhi Lian tea for six months. After examination, the breast cancer had completely disappeared. For a person who had already made her funeral arrangements and was waiting for death to rediscover there is hope for life; it was incredible.
She insisted that her improvement was the Ling Zhi. She is healthy and enjoys life for seven years now.

Ling Zhi, A Miracle Herb The secret to true success is good health. Daily exercise, a good diet, healthy lifestyle and peace of mind can help you maintain good balance in your body. Modern medicine has succeeded in treating many disorders but has not had much success in natural prevention.
There has been extensive research into the use of herbs as a primary preventive measure as well as including healthy herbal and organic food products in one's diet. The king of Herbs known as Ling Zhi in China and Reishi in Japan is now widely researched by many universities and research institutions. Today, Ling Zhi is widely revered as a valuable health supplement and herbal medicine worldwide.

About Ling Zhi Ling Zhi (Ganoderma Lucidum) has been used in traditional herbal medicine for more than 4,000 years. In Chinese, the word Ling Zhi means "herb of spiritual potency" and is also called "mushroom of immortality". There are two primary beneficial components found in Ling Zhi:
- Germanium - can promote blood circulation, increase oxygen-absorbing capability of the body, and keep sufficient oxygen in the body.
- Polysaccharides - can increase the number of antibodies thereby improving the immune system.
Because of the presence of these as well as ergosterol, coumarin, mannitol, lactones, alkaloids, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and triterpenes, Ling Zhi has been found to be beneficial in the treatment and prevention of many diseases.
Common Uses of Ling Zhi In Chinese Medicine, Ling Zhi is used for a broad range of symptoms and conditions. The following are just a few:
- Nourish the heart and strengthen the qi and blood
- Asthma and cough (phlegm), allergies, and strengthen the respiratory system
- Strengthen the immune system by increasing monocytes, macrophages and T-lymphocytes and more, guard against viruses, parasites, fungi, suppress cancerous cells
- Improve metabolism, lower cholesterol, improve appetite
- Increase vitality and mental function
Because Ling Zhi has no known threatening side effects, it has a good reputation in the East as the ultimate herbal substance. Some mild side effects may be dryness of the nasal passages, mouth and throat, as well as mild stomach upset. However, these have been avoided by discontinuing use of the mushroom for one month after taking it for four months, and taking it again for four months, and so on.
