                             Ming Wu
What I'm Eating    by Dr. Ming Wu

In case you're curious, here's what I'm buying and using right now. My #1 source for superfood is actually my local grocery store where I buy organic food.

Sweet brown rice (only Whole Foods carries this)

Brown rice noodle (from Trader Joe's which is better than Whole Foods)

Mila (the Chia Seed that I order online from lifemax)

Puer tea, Wulong tea

Goji berries, mulberries, goldenberries, fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, oranges

Raw almonds and cashews

Sweet yams, celery, lettuce greens, shitake mushrooms, Chinese broccoli, spinach, daikon, squash, tomato, onions, green beans, sea weed, carrots, cabbage, green peppers

Ginger, garlic, cinnamon powder

Green vegetables and other fresh produce

These ingredients are turned into a fresh smoothie or a steamed brown rice and vegetable dinner with fresh herbs, organic olive oil, coconut oil and sea salt.

I believe a healthy diet incorporates five colors of food.

I let my food be my medicine. I spend about $1000.00 a month on food for 3 of us in my family and in doing so, I save about a thousand dollars a month compared to the expenditures of a typical consumer who's buying health insurance and prescription drugs.

Care to guess where I spend that thousand dollars a month? You guessed it: on organic foods and superfood products!

That's my health insurance: Real food, superfood, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. It works a whole lot better than Obamacare for me. Plus, I never have to wait in line at the doctor's office or at the pharmacy. That saves all kinds of time that I'd rather spend writing articles for folks like you!

Six months ago, I had a physical test and they said that I was 1 out of 1,000 - that was superhealthy!
