Greetings!
I don't know if you have heard yet, but I had an accident on
the way into the St. Lawrence Farmer's Market last Saturday.
First of all it was not fun for me and also I wanted to apologize to those customers that were
expecting me to be there so that they could stock their pantries with snacks, dinners and
desserts for the week. Can you forgive me?
Viva Tastings will be at the market tomorrow morning, Sat. June 13th from 7am to 2pm.
Personally, I will not be
there for a few weeks, however Anne Hynes, my right hand
chef, in Viva Tastings kitchen. At her side will be this wonderful George Brown
Student, Amy Syminton, who I met while participating as a Chef at the Farm Fresh event at the Green Living Show. As it turns
out Amy is the girlfriend of the son of one of my very good customers (there is
that 6 degrees thing again - go figure...).
Anyway, we have some really great food prepared for you this weekend. Please take a look at our Farmer's Market Menu (>> to the right) for a list of some of the items we will have on hand tomorrow at the the St. Lawrence Farmer's Market.
See you soon,
The Almost Indestructible
Karen
