We are pleased to provide advanced notice of upcoming Delaware Valley requests for proposals (RFPs) with pre-bid meetings.

Why provide advance notice of pre-bid meetings? Due to the nature of certain categories of RFPs, attendance at a pre-bid meeting is typically mandatory and may be held more than two weeks before the RFP due date. To ensure timely communication to DelEXCHANGE Suppliers, RFPs with pre-bid meetings are now identified within 24 to 72 hours of their receipt from DelEXCHANGE Buyer Organizations. Through this new process, DelEXCHANGE Suppliers can now be notified of RFPs with a pre-bid meeting up to two weeks before the RFPs are loaded into DelEXCHANGE's Master RFP database.

The DelEXCHANGE categories below contain RFPs with pre-bid meetings. If you are registered as a Level 3(III) DelEXCHANGE Supplier you can access all of these RFPs immediately by selecting "View Current Events" from your account.

The Information Resource Manager (IRM) Council and the Delaware Department of Technology and Information invite you to attend the 4th Annual Delaware Technology Conference on Tuesday October 30th, 2007 at the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino, Rollins Center. 400+ IT staff personnel from around the state are expected to focus on IT education and gain information on cutting edge technology through educational sessions, presentations, and vendor displays. Lunch and a social hour will provide opportunities to network with peers.
