The new year of 2008 is taking off like a race horse! At the beginning of the year the vast majority is thinking about making positive changes in their lives while the minority actually follow through. I call the minority who follow through members of "The Ten Percent Club." The other 90 percent thought about making changes and were just filled with good intent. Most will go through life living on the comforting thoughts of good intent without bringing about real change.

Last week I finally decided to go for Colonic Hydrotherapy. In unconventional terms, I had my intestinal pipes cleaned. I have been sceptical about such a procedure but when I saw pretrified fecal matter and parasites marching out of my system - involuntarily, I was convinced that this stuff could have a negative health impact. Sevens Keys to Change in 2008 and Beyond
