In honor of National Women's Health & Fitness Week, join TWM to explore a variety of ways to stay healthy and fit! Learn
about and experience new techniques while connecting with our diverse community
of dynamic women!

Saturday, May 9th FITNESS IN THE PARK! with RJ'S Personal Fitness
"Fitness in the Park" utilizes the environment around you and your own body
weight. The only equipment will be park benches and whatever else we come
across! (You will never look at a park bench the same way again). It will be a
group exercise program that includes a blend of cardiovascular exercise, weight
training, stretching and a short question + answer session about
weight management at the end. We will be a diverse group of women with lots of
energy to share with each other...Be prepare to have lots of FUN....
Rhonda
Josephson is a certified personal trainer with 20 years of experience. She has
personal training certifications with ACE and AFAA., and she
is CPR certified with The American Heart Association.
2pm to 3pm Meet at 6th Ave & Central Park South
NOTE:Please arrive 15 minutes early so that activities may start on time.
Please arrive fully dressed in workout clothing and comfortable sneakers. Don't
forget to bring a water bottle and a pair of work out gloves or regular gloves.

TUESDAY, MAY 12thHealth & Nutrition: Perspectives from Around the World
Join TWM as we explore the world of health and nutrition! Listen to
our expert panelists speak about various cultural perspectives on maintaining
optimal health and well-being.
Panelists will include a mix of Western, Eastern, Traditional, Ethnic, Indigenous and other areas of expertise!
*Each guest will receive a GOODY BAG and RESOURCE GUIDE with information and products to help maintain a healthy lifestyle in NYC.*

Saturday, May 16thZUMBA! Class with Alicia Harris
A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps
derived from Latin and other international music. The routines feature aerobic
interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and
sculpt the body. It targets areas such as the gluteals, legs, arms, abdominals,
and the heart.
