By Friday after lunch, Pat and his team in the meat department have prepared a side of local, grass fed, hormone-free, antibiotic-free side of beef including a variety of cuts including Blade Steak, T-Bone Steak, Cross Rib Pot Roast, Stew Meat, Beef Tenderloin, Ground Beef, Rump roast, Inside Round Steak, Top Sirloin Steak, Short Rib Stew and more. Within a few days, this fresh local meat is usually gone. So, come early to get in on the great cuts of local meat!

Tim Tim Cochran Cochran's Country Market (506) 849-4840 PS: Here's one of the many entries we received for our contest, from Ruth Dodsworth who said the best advice she ever received from a Cochran's employee: "I am always buying pineapples as my three kids love them, problem is I can never tell if they are ripe. Megan shared with me (at least a year ago) to tell if a pineapple if ripe, all you do is pull out the center leaf, if it pulls out easily, it is ripe. If is doesn't wait a few days. Since this advice, I have never heard 'this pineapple is not ripe'. Thanks Megan!!!"
