 BRAS Tips

BioMat Our bras may cause swollen lymph nodes, infections, cysts, lumps, and eventually cancer after 20-30 years of pressure and blockage.Make sure you are wearing a bra for comfort rather than fashion!
  • Minimize wearing your bra
  • Allow 1" of comfort along bottom
  • Do not adjust straps too tightly - you don't want shoulder indentions.
  • No under-wire bras - wires are conducting EMFs
  • Avoid sports bras - they smash lymph glands and limit cell aspiration

Women wear a built in antenna for electro-magnetic frequencies (EMFs)...under-wire bras. Use a magnet to find out if your bras have wire or plastic. Replace them with plastic - use caution... GO WIRELESS!

EMFs can alter two hormones that affect cancer risk -- estrogen and testosterone.

-Charles Graham, Midwest Research Institute

THE GILMOUR GIRLS
The wife of a pastor for the last 14 years and a mother of six children ranging in age from 17 to 2, Heather Gilmour was not looking for something to do when she and her husband decided to open a BRAS franchise in Louisville. It was her interest and passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others that led her and her husband, Chip, to open the BRAS business. Through health challenges faced within their own family, the Gilmour's began to see prevention was really the key to better health. They are now very active not only in promoting early detection through thermography but in teaching workshops that educate women about prevention. When they are not leading worship at Amazing Grace Bible Church or shuttling kids around the city, the Gilmours enjoy promoting spiritual, emotional and physical health.
