Exercise Specifically to Support Your Breast Health
Women are told to exercise -but never a clue towards the right exercises for our breast health.
We need:
*Exercises to reconnect our meridians.
*Lymphatic exercises to clear waste out of our lymph nodes. Listen to the Diana Ross interview on breast cancer yoga.
*BRAS special breast exercises and massages for fatty tissue protection.
Types of Exercises
*Dry brushing before a bath or shower.
*Rebounding -2 minutes several times a day
*Reflexology
*Brain exercises -guided imagery

*Massage, especially for lymph nodes.
*Adjustments- correct alignment helps detox
The easiest exercise to add into your regiment is dry brushing. Many sources are saying that 5-7 minutes of dry brushing before a bath or shower gives your lymph nodes  benefits similar to a five mile walk. When dry brushing, always move the brush toward your heart. Start with your feet and brush 4-5 upward strokes on each body part ending under the bustline. Then raise arm and brush hand and arm using downward strokes. Brush back areas that can easily be reached.
