 February is the month for love. Whether you are in a beloved relationship or single, you can celebrate the day of love. We all need love. Love is one of the Sacred Nutrients of our Souls. And you know what they say, when you need something, give it away and it will be yours. This is especially true of love.
If you are feeling alone on this day, take advantage of an opportunity to share a part of yourself with someone in need. Seek out a volunteer opportunity, or share something simple with someone around you in need - perhaps a visit or a meal with an elderly neighbor or a game of catch with a neighborhood youngster. There are many opportunities all around us. All we need to do is slow down, look around and reach out.

What does it mean to balance the body's energy centers?
One of the foundations of the spiritual healing work I offer is based on our relationship to the Attributes of the Divine that are present within us and connect us to all things. These attributes include qualities such as love, wisdom, beauty, strength, light and ever-lasting life. I call these attributes the Soul Nutrients.
Just as the physical body needs vitamins and minerals to survive, the spiritual body needs the Nutrients of the Soul. And just as the basic minerals are being depleted from the soil, our environment is increasingly taxing on our systems creating a state of depletion in our internal soil, our body earth, as well.
As I see more and more people disconnected from their Soul Nutrients, I am inspired to get the word out about this healing and make it a special in my healing practice. These Nutrients, the Divine Attributes, exist all around and within us. They are there for us to drink from. All we need to do is connect with them and plug in to their electricity.
It can be very simple, and yet there is a method that covers the territory of the physical and spiritual bodies, infusing each energy center with its associated Divine Attribute and releasing blocks within and between the centers. This healing will help you to open to your Divine Guidance, ground to the earth by increasing your faith and trust in Divine Provision, and open your heart to reverence of Divine Wisdom.
