Group Trip to Tuscany
Meeting on Tues, Jan 18th
Come join us as we host a magical culinary trip to Italy this coming fall!
We'll be eating, drinking, and cooking our way through the Tuscan countryside. We'll actually help harvest the olives and enjoy that first pressing, we'll learn to make fresh cheese & sausage, visit the famous wineries, and stroll the markets and cafes of the Tuscan towns.
We'll have an entire Tuscan villa to ourselves for seven yummy days, plus three days visiting the vibrant city of Florence.

Italian Language Class
with Bruno Basile
 Join the fun as we learn to converse in Italian from native born Bruno Basile. This is a 10-session language and culture class that will be held every other Tuesday evening from 5:00-7:00. You can start from scratch, or you can come with your basic understanding of the language and improve upon it. Either way, we'll all have fun! Classes will include a light supper each week which is not only delicious, but it will give us further opportunity to learn about the culture of Italian food...understanding the various dishes and learning how to order it in Italy.
Classes start:

For those of you who have had the chance to cook with Marily, you know you're in for a treat when she brings her Italian cooking classes to Giardini this spring.
