Musical Chairs Comes to Front Street This Friday! 
May 24th, 7p.m. - 9p.m.   

Depot LawnCome hang out on the grassy lawn behind the depot this Friday evening and hear the sounds of the Harvey Dalton Arnold Blues Band from 7p.m. - 9p.m. As always, this is a free concert and everyone is welcome!

Seminar: "Economic Development Tools for Downtown"
Paramount Theater
Tuesday, June 5th, 11a.m. - 2p.m.
 
The North Carolina Downtown Association will be holding a session at the Paramount Theater titled "Economic Development Tools For Downtown." Community members, investors, elected officials and developers are encouraged to attend and learn details on both the the tried and true and latest economic development tools available in North Carolina.  

The program will feature Randy Hemann, Executive Director of Salisbury Downtown Inc., Hilary Greenburg, Greenburg Development Services and Anne K Morris, Executive Director, Burlington Downtown Corporation followed by discussion. A box lunch will be served and following lunch, we will tour downtown Burlington.

Downtown Burlington once again
Farmes Market logohas an active farmers market! The Burlington Downtown Farmers Market will run each Saturday morning thru October. Farmers will set up in the parking lot located between Webb Ave. and Front Street.

If you're thinking about applying for one of our 50/50 matching grants, please contact our offices. We have funding available for facade improvements, interior up-fit, marketing assistance, residential development and more!
