Holiday Magic Celebration to be held
Friday, December 10th
 It's that time of year again for the annual Holiday Magic Celebration in Downtown Burlington. This event is going to have great entertainment for kids of all ages. There will be live music performed at different stages throughout Downtown, horse drawn carriage rides, a visit by Santa and Mrs. Clause, and a special opportunity to pal around with Christmas Goats at the Glass Angel. See the schedule below for a tentative list of activities and performers. We'll be adding more until the evening arrives!
The follow events run from approximately 6-8pm:
Civil Defense inside Downtown Depot
Alamance Jazz Band in Depot Amphitheater
Backporch Orchestra outside of the Rusted Bucket Tavern
Salvation Army Burlington Band outsdie H&K Bootery
Burlington Boys Choir at Santa's Workshop on Spring St.

*Season's Best Carolers will be strolling throughout Downtown.
*J&L Carriage Rides will begin and end at Occasions.
*The Trackless Train will load and unload passengers at Santa's Workshop on Spring St.
*Write a letter to Santa and create crafts at May Memorial Library.
*Have your photo taken with the Christmas Goats at the Glass Angel.

Decorate Your Windows For A Chance to Win!
If your business or office is located Downtown, we encourage you to decorate your windows with a holiday theme! All storefronts that are decorated by December 2nd will be entered into this years contest. There's $50 in Downtown Bucks at stake, so get creative with them.
Decorations aren't just great for you business, they're great for all of Downtown. The more people that participate, the more festive Downtown will look. This years winner will be announced at the Holiday Magic celebration occurring Friday, December 10th.
