 I have been with Plus Inc. since 1994 and am a member of the sales support and professional services team.
Plus is a business with a family environment that makes working here feel like it's not just a job. Owners and managers are open to suggestions from employees on a variety of issues from improving our customer service to increasing productivity in our own office.
I like helping customers with everything from answering the most basic questions to helping them streamline their own work processes. I train continually with our manufacturers on the latest and greatest technology so that I can better serve our customers. I also learn from the customers themselves. By going into so many different work environments, I've been able to learn how customers in different industries process their work flow enabling me to incorporate this knowledge into customizing my training to allow me to assist my customers on a deeper level.
Working for Plus has been interesting over the years, and I've learned a lot of new things. Our main focus here at Plus Inc. is to provide a quality product that meets our customers' needs and makes them feel confident about partnering with us. We want customers to feel like we have met their needs.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family. I do my best to keep up with my nephews' and nieces' activities and have a lot of fun participating in their events with them.

At Plus Inc, we believe that good business is all about relationships. We also believe that a good business practice is to be involved in local community organizations. We are a member of the Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Greer Chambers of Commerce. We are also an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. These are great organizations that will help you build both knowledge and relationships. And, they are great at helping the local business community as well.

Offsite Backups |
 Offsite Backup are sometimes referred to as "cloud backups" or "online backups". This is becoming one of the most simple, reliable and safest ways to back up your computer and server information.
Think of this: What would your organization do if you came in one morning and all of your computers were stolen or destroyed? How would you get back up and running? Getting new computers or a server is probably the simplest part of the plan. What about all your information? Well, one of the most considered plans today is to have your data backed up offsite daily. This allows for your data to be stored in a secure location and easily recovered if a disaster were to happen. Most offsite backup companies have redundancy in multiple locations across the country. That way, if you were to have a disaster, like a hurricane, in one area, your data can be recovered from another site.
