Greetings! I hope your fall semester is off to a great start! I want to share with you what we'll be studying this Sunday. I'm exited about what God is going to do...
Ephesians 1:19: "the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe."
I know that the vast majority of you do not feel that power. It sounds idealistic. It sounds like religious hype. It sounds vague and theoretical. It does not correspond to experience, and so you instinctively feel like this discussion is going to be like a piece of fiction. I don't blame you for feeling that way. I have often felt that way myself. But by God's grace the word of God may change your mind and your heart. I can't. God can. God may.
Read through Ephesians 1:15-23 before Sunday.

The Bible is well-know for its wisdom on spiritual concerns and righteous living. But did you know it can also guide you in matters of dating, courtship, and marriage?
God has provided an instruction manual in the Song of Solomon with eight very enlightening, explicit, and highly practical chapters on the topics of love, sex, and intimacy.
We will dig deep into what the Bible says about its most passionate lovers. As you learn about their relationship, you'll discover how you, too, can experience the deep emotional, sexual, and spiritual satisfaction that God created to be enjoyed in marriage. |
