The Allen Group - Kansas City is excited to announce their first transaction at Logistics Park Kansas City. 

You will find in the press release that our first transaction is with The DeLong Company, Inc., a Clinton, WI company that is one of the largest exporters of containerized grain in the Country.  The Allen Group is focused on providing the required 25,000 containers per year to satisfy the export requirements of DeLong.  We believe there is a substantial opportunity to bring new companies into the Kansas City Market that would be in a position to leverage IPI rates based on reloading agreements that would reduce US dwell time and increase turning capacity.
