New Sessions and Classes Starting
New Group Fitness Class, Pilates and TRX and Cycling Schedules begin October 15th. Preview them online on October 8th.
New Total Body Conditioning Class
Runs October 16th - December 6th on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7-7:30pm.
TBC takes inspiration from multiple fitness modalities including military-inspired bootcamp, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and Tabata, in order to create an intense full-body workout in only 30 minutes!
This class will be dynamic and CHALLENGING! Participants should see noticeable cardiovascular and muscular endurance gains during the 8-week cycle. The class will focus on high intensity, body-weight movements with added work involving props such as resistance bands and kettlebells. This class is not designed for beginner exercisers.
An upfront fee of $48 plus tax will be charged to all participants. Fee is completely refunded upon participation in 12 of the 16 classes. Check out our website for enrollment information coming in mid-September.
New Walking Club Class
Beginning October 18th, join us for the new Rec Center Walking Club from 10:30-11:15am.
Why Walk?
It's great for cross training.
It's easy to add to your existing workouts, too.
It's low impact exercise with benefits: manage weight, improve mood and lower blood pressure.
It gives you a chance to socialize and make friends.
Help us get this club started!
Each time you attend class get entered into a drawing

Participants must sign in each class.
Class meets in the High Court.
New Saturday Evening Dances
USA Dance Club will be offering monthly Saturday Evening dances in the Rockwell Collins Recreation Center High Court. The next dance will be held on October 20th from 7-11pm. For more information visit the local chapter site at:

Did you know?
TRX make-up passes are available for classes that you have to unavoidably miss. Make-up passes are available from your TRX instructor. You can use them in the current session in classes that are not at full capacity.
Pilates Group Intro Classes
Mon/Wed Oct 8, 10, 15, 17 6:45-7:45pm
Tue/Thur Oct 9,11, 16, 18 12-1pm
Cost is $35 plus tax per person
If you are new to Pilates and prefer to do a private session Intro Class you must purchase a minimum of two classes at $35 plus tax per class. Returning students may purchase one private refresher class at $35 plus tax per class.
