Move It & Lose It
Have you heard about it? It's an eight-week exercise and weight management class that combines the expertise of certified Fitness Specialists with that of a Registered Dietitian and gets real results for you!
You will work out in a supportive, small group setting three times per week. The Fitness Specialist will challenge you to exciting new activities each class designed to increase your fitness level and assist you with weight loss. Each week your group will meet for 30-minutes with staff Dietitian, Sandy Holterhaus to learn sensible, long-term weight management strategies and healthy eating tips.
"During the pilot program that began in March and lasted for eight weeks the morning class participants averaged over 9lbs of weight loss each. Evening participants averaged over 12lbs of weight loss! This is a great program that is changing people's lives," says Sandy Holterhaus, Rec Center Dietitian.

Cost: $120 for eight-week session
Dates: July 23- September 14

Exercise: 1 hour 3x per week
