As you might remember Summer Field Studios is putting together a Lodge Directory for us, complete with pictures of the Lodge and any Brother who wants to be a part of it.  A good portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Directory will donated directly back to the Lodge, so we are using this opportunity as a Lodge fundraiser. 

Summer Field Studios was out last year to take pictures for the directory but do to the weather and a lot of the Brethren traveling at the time they were only able to get a small portion of the Brethren.  As a result they have made themselves available to us again and will be out to take more pictures of those members who have expressed interested in being included in the directory.  They will be out Monday May 2^nd between the hours of 3pm to 9pm and on our 1^st stated of May on Tuesday May 3^rd from 3pm to 9pm.

We encourage each Brother to take advantage and to be a part of the directory while at the same time helping raise money for the Lodge we all call home.  We would especially like to see as many Past Masters turn out as possible so we can dedicate a page to our Past Masters for all their commitment and hard work.

As a courtesy Summer Field Studios will be calling each of you to remind you of the dates and also to schedule you a dedicated time to have your picture taken so you don't have to wait in line at Lodge.  They will also be sending out a postcard with discounts, so please be on the lookout for that as well.
