Thanks for the info you entered on the recent survey for the website.
I got some fresh ideas. Remember this is your newsletter and website.
Your input is always welcome.

Due to one of those suggestions,  I have added a Testimonial page on the website. Check it out and please e mail me if you would like to contribute to that page.

Another suggestion to record and print the history of each lodge online that preceded Sunrise.
So Jack Allen will be solicited as the East Gate Historian as I think he already has the info.
I would like a volunteer to be a historian for Caledonia and Bexley to submit that info. We can discuss this and come up with a plan at tomorrows night stated meeting.

I will work on getting the Past Master Photos on the website.

I will be working on our first printed newsletter that will reach every members homes in March. If you have an article or suggestions for that publication e mail them to me

Last Saturday I had a brother e mail me for something to do to make him, as he said, something other than a card carrier.
He stated that he works during meeting times and lives 3 hours away.
The Master has put him to work calling brother that last names begin with the letter A. Just to check on how they are doing, tell them about our new Lodge and our website and communications. Hopefully he will fetch some more e mail addresses for our newsletter,

If you would like to call some brothers for this purpose, e mail me for a list of names and phone numbers. I will keep them less than 20 names to call.

I have written a survey for the Electronic newsletter and will send that out soon. This will be the last survey, I promise.
Personally I hate surveys, but I think this is important as this new means of communication is in our beginning stages.
So I have paid for this service this month and I am canceling the survey portion of this program when I review the results.   
It is very important that we know how you like the website and newsletter. More importantly I need to know how to improve them and if the frequency of the newsletters is overwhelming and not wanted as often.
